Known configuration
Windows 11 Pro, a 64-bit Windows environment, at least 4 GB RAM, 2 GB free storage and a minimum 1366 × 768 display. Eight GB RAM, SSD storage and additional free space are recommended.
Hardware compatibility

StamPOS is deployed against confirmed Windows, printing, cash-drawer and Linkly payment configurations. Alternative hardware may be accepted after assessment rather than assumed to be compatible.
Support levels
Clear expectations before installation.
Star TSP100 path
Star TSP100-series printers, including the TSP100IIIW, are supported through the configured Windows or network-printing workflow. Cutter and cash-drawer settings are confirmed during installation.
Linkly Cloud
StamPOS is accredited for its Linkly Cloud payment integration. Merchant onboarding, terminal availability, acquirer approval, production credentials and internet access remain deployment requirements.
Other Windows hardware
Other Windows 10 or 11 computers, touch terminals, Windows-compatible receipt printers and printer-connected cash drawers may be accepted following a compatibility assessment.
Additional peripherals
Barcode scanners, customer displays, scales and other peripherals require confirmation of the exact model, connection method and workflow. Development or integration work is quoted before it begins.
Other platforms and payment paths
Android, iOS, macOS, Linux and direct non-Linkly payment integrations are not part of the standard StamPOS deployment unless covered by a separate written scope.
Before purchasing or reusing hardware
Provide the exact computer, printer, cash drawer, payment terminal and peripheral model numbers before deployment. Photographs of device labels and Windows specifications may be requested.
Compatibility assessment, custom integration, onsite attendance and hardware supplied outside the standard configuration may incur additional charges. No custom work begins until its scope and price have been accepted.
